PURC Executive Secretary Visits ECG Volta Region

During his engagement with ECG’s management, Dr. Shafic noted that the visit was to familiarize himself with the team and strengthen ties.

He expressed appreciation to ECG Volta for the positive working relationship with the Regional PURC office and hoped such collaboration would be extended to the national level.

He commended the region’s performance, particularly in revenue collection and complaints resolution.

He assured that as a regulator, PURC will support ECG with regulatory interventions.

Welcoming him to Team Volta, Regional General Manager Ms. Christina Jatoe-Kaleo expressed appreciation for the visit and reaffirmed ECG Volta’s commitment to maintaining a strong relationship with PURC.

She also acknowledged the great work being done by the regional PURC team.
