Hon. Frank Annoh-Dompreh

He is a product of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. During his student days at UCC, Hon. Annoh-Dompreh was elected as president of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) between 2000 and 2001.

He was selected as the Eastern Regional Youth Organizer for the New Patriotic Party. In 2012, he won the Parliamentary Elections to represent Nsawam Adoagyir Constituency. He retained his seat in 2016.

In Parliament, he has served on Parliamentary Select Committees on Subsidiary Legislation and Roads & Transport. Between 2017 and 2021, he was the chairperson for the Parliamentary Select Committee on Foreign Affairs and a Member of the Subsidiary Legislation and Roads and Transport Committees.

He is the chairperson of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Foreign Affairs and a member of the Subsidiary Legislation and Roads and Transport Committee.

Thursday 29 July 2021, Hon. Frank Annoh-Dompreh was sworn into office as part of a nine (9) member Governing Board of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).
