Organizational Structure
ECG’s corporate structure operates across three tiers: Head Office, Region, and District. The Head Office is organized into 21 Directorates, each with distinct roles and mandates. These Directorates report either directly to the Managing Director (MD) or through a Deputy Managing Director (DMD).
There are Ten (10) administrative regions, headed by General Managers and ninety-two (92) operational districts, headed by Managers. The Company has a Board of Directors, which oversees its activities.The Directors are assisted by General Managers who head various Divisions and supported by Sectional Managers, who head various sections.
