Their duties include reading postpaid meters, checking prepaid meters, distributing and printing postpaid bills on the spot, and assisting customers to pay their bills using the ECG Power App or by dialing *226#. For security reasons, cash payments will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"921\">In addition, the officers will help enforce payment compliance by disconnecting accounts that are in arrears and reporting any electricity-related illegal activities for the necessary action.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1142\">To ensure transparency and customer safety, all Franchise Officers will be clearly identifiable.
